This sounds like the typical man, and I don’t mean to sound mean or disrespectful about it. I believe that men are inherently self centered and aren’t aware of it. We women are nurturing and concerned about each other, but men are very task oriented. I have to remind my husband of that from time to time. He is aware of this and will listen to me better after I remind him. Men!
I don’t think anyone listens to another intently – they’re too busy thinking about what their response is going to be to something we said three sentences ago. Thanks God I’m psychic and good at recall too!!
