So true – it’s like my mom said, Tash, count our blessings and not our miseries. I feel that there is always someone worse off then me and it keeps me out of self made pity parties.

There is this lady at work who is very nicely dressed and stuck up. She moan and groan about her job and how much it’s a chore to do her job and it gives her headaches. Finally I told her that she should quit because someone got laid off and will be more than happy to take her headache.
She didn’t like that response from me.
