great my reply didnt go thru… theeangels dot com has a great article i wrote on HOW/WHY GROUND protection so when you are out of your body you can be protected via a 400 foot redwwod tree…i am very safe there so that is what i use. mom uses a simple white balloon, others use different things but im big so i want 600 feet of roots keeping my body safe while my spirit walks with the angels when i do readings…heal…lecture…whatever i do ‘spiritually’ will send u links.

hi hunny no i dont so if you use movie maker… just put a pic there for us to see and we dont know your out of sink. on those vids i just do a chore while listen to it. if you have to know im sure you can just put int he search box vid out of sink and you will probably get millions of them telling you how to fix it hun. i cant wait to see it.

I forgot to ask you something else. In some of your emails you mention that we shouldn’t forget to “ground”. To tell you the truth, I have no idea what that means. I would really appreciate if you can explain it to me.

In my case, I prefer to meditate in total silence. I love silence. I’ve tried to use music, or repeating a word or phrase, but it just bothers me. But when I’m in silence, powerful things can happen to me, and have happened.
